IVSS Churchear invites you to a thrilling conference with interesting lecturers and exciting encounters. Out conference theme this time is: “Living out Christian values – making Pastoral Care among Hard of Hearing so important”.
Our Conferences are for all who want education and inspiration about the challenge how to interact with us who are hard of hearing, in our Churches and Congregations. Some of those who come are working professionally with this; others know nothing about this issue, but want to learn. Some are members of IVSS-Churchear, corporate or individual; most are not. You are all welcome to Eisenach to our 20th International Conference.
On Friday we invite you to attend two of the following workshops:
“Meditation in the Prayer of the heart” – led by rev. Dorothee Holzapfel (DE).
“Techniques for hearing and understanding” – led dr. Hannes Seidler (DE)
“Stone painting” – led by Barbara Adamus (PL)
“Luther in Eisenach” – led Mrs. Husemeyer (DE)
“Listeening to God” – led by Marylin Kilsby (UK)
Do not forget to mark on the registration form which workshop you will attend, Saturday as well as Sunday.
Prices:
Total cost per person: Eur 590,-, including the conference fee and accommodation in double rooms with toilet and bathroom, meals and excursion to Wartburg. Single rooms are available for an additional EUR 90,-.
If you wish to attend the conference, but find your own accommodation outside the conference site, you pay EUR 330. You will then have all meals except breakfast with the other conference attendants.
For friends of IVSS Churchear visiting the conference only for one day, or for hearing equipment providers coming to present what they can offer, there are special prices.
